The doctor himself is terrific. I have known him and been a patient of his for 25 years. Excellent skills and bedside ma...nner. His staff, however, leaves A LOT to be desired! You call his MA, you're forced to leave a message on the phone, and she NEVER returns your call! (Didn't used to be this way. The last 2 or 3 MA 's are ALL that way, though.)
The rest of his staff is somewhat better, but could still use some improvement just to bring themselves up to adequate.
I give this medical outfit the high rating I did just for my opinion of Dr. Punia, not of his staff. more details
