This Dr. and his nurse Rosemary need to get their act together . This is my 3rd time there with my daughter twice they g...ot the prescription wrong and this last time they couldnt tell me what medication she was on I told them that they were the ones who prescribed it and dont they have it in their files ? She said that it maybe the wrong medicine and I would have to go home and get the bottle of medicine that she was taking he also refuses to share any of her information with her regular dr. he is way too old for this job and he needs to get out of this profession and retire more details
