Please be aware of this doctor!! If you are given a choice, avoid him at all cost!!
I saw Dr. Ngo at the ER at ...Methodist Hospital. Not only was he very rude and condescending to my wife, I believe his charges were outrageous. His charges were way above all other doctors that my family has worked with at ERs. These charges were completely unforeseen. I am planning on filing board charges against him to investigate about if his charges were even legal under California state law. more details
