In the beginning Dr. Hassan was caring but as i became more concerned with my health issues and wanting to be better or ...atleast get a reasonable diagnosis. It became hard to deal with him. To accept diagnosis 100% without question is wrong. Being told to accept it and deal with it was rude. I was refered to a specialist for one issue, he helped. but on my own i action for myself and i found out that what was told to me to accept was wrong. It was something overlooked and if i just accepted it, it could have been deadly in the future. up til then i didnt need a primary to get to Drs i needed to see until one Dr needed referal from Primary. I called they said to me, " we cant help you anymore, we do not want your business." No warning, nothing. i told them what i needed they basically said tough. I asked for copies of my files they said no. Come to find out searching for a new primary they cannot do that. Refusing to help is called " patient abandonment" and by law they cannot refuse me my records or charge me. Yes i was a little difficult but i wasnt going to accept, " you just have to live with it." I have slowly gotten better but not with his help. I forgot to mention... It take forever for someone to call you back, get test results, and you have to wait forever for anything.
