My first appointment I waited over three hours to see the doctor. I get a call a few weeks later telling me I had an ap...pointment I didn't make, when I went by the office to find out why I had appointment, the staff was unable to tell who had made the appointment or what it was about. My second appointment I received a call informing me that the doctor was running behind, so I waited an hour before I went to the appointment. When I got there I was told there was several people ahead me and that if I wanted to I could go home and wait for them to call likely two to three hours. Very poor time management skills to say the least, from my understanding this is typical. more details
