DR.DAVID LANTZ WAS ONE OF THE MOST GENTLE ,HUMBLE UNDERSTANDING DOCTOR I EVER HAD HE'D LISTEN TO ALL YOU HAD TO SAY AND ...KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO HE WOULD CALL AND CHECK ON ME AT HOME ,I HAD BLOOD CLOT AT 31 AND HE WAS CONCERNED EVEN WHEN HE GOT ILL HE AND KNEW HE WAS'NT COMING BACK HE MADE SUE WE WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY REPLACING HIMSELF WITH AN ANGEL ,DR.BEVERLY DAVIS ,I HAVE HIS PHOTO ON MY SHELF AND HE'LL BE FOREVER REMEMBERED I LOVE YOU! more details
