This nurse over prescribed and when problems came up blamed her patient. She actually reworked notes in between other n...otes to make patient look bad. The treatment got away from her and shewas not able to help with the overprescribing. she left her patient stranded and addicted. She meant no harm at first but in the end caused so much harm it was unbelievable. She needs to be held accountable for helping to ruin a life. more details

No confidence in this over prescribing 1960's chick. I used to think she was great until I was taking 5 different meds a...nd I was only feeling worse.
I sought advice on addmission to a psyciatric treatment center and received bad information from this "professional". Arvilla touts a fourty-plus year career yet lacks basic knowledge crucial to patient treatment.
I feel a responsibility to warn others. Please skip this drug nightmare and find a younger, more informed individual who is not constantly under scrutiny by, and in a confrontational relationship
with the DEA. more details
