HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We would like to pay your attention that we collect very limited amount of Personal Information strictly required to provide you access to the Platform and provide you with the relevant functionality of the Platform which includes:
WHEN YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT as a patient, we process your first and second name (required), email (required), date of birth (optional), if as a doctor – your email (required);
This information is used to identify you in the system and create you an account. If you opt in to receive newsletters from us, we will use your e-mail for the relevant purpose.
Additionally, WHEN YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT as a doctor, we also process your driver’s license or bill statement.
This information is used to verify your identity.
WHEN YOU FILLING YOUR PROFILE, you can optionally provide additional information about yourself such as gender, photos, website, etc.
This information is only used to make your profile more informative and is provided solely at your initiative.
IF YOU LEAVE A REVIEW, COMMENT, WRITE A QUESTION, PUBLISH A POST ON THE BLOCK, ETC. we process all the data that you provided via review, comment, question, post, etc. Please note that such data will be available for all the users of the Platform and by posting it you agree to this.
This information is used solely as part of your use of the Platform functionality at your discretion.

NOTICE FOR DOCTORS
We assume that the Platform is beneficial to the interests of both doctors and patients. We use your information so that patients can find the right doctor for themselves. For you, the Platform is a chance to get a new client. However, if you are a doctor and want to delete your profile from the Platform or correct your information, you can do so through your account on the Platform after verifying your identity.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The DoubleClick Cookie

YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
Rights of California residents
As required by California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) we endeavor to respond to a verifiable request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by e-mail.
Right to opt out. Under the CCPA each California resident can request business stops selling Personal Information to third parties.
Do we actually “sell” Personal Information? We do not, and will not, provide your Personal Information in direct exchange for money. Therefore, in the literal sense, we do not sell your Personal Information.
Other rights. Mandatory verification. As required by CCPA we will need to verify your identity before processing your request. In order to verify your identity, you will be asked to log in to your account on the Platform. In certain circumstances, we may decline the request, mainly where we are unable to verify your identity, for example, if you have requested us to delete your Personal Information or your account within the Platform.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in the section “How do we use your Personal Information”. We regularly (at least once a year) review and de-identify unnecessary data to store it for research or statistical purposes only.
AGE LIMITS
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information about or direct or target personalized advertisements to anyone under the age of 14, or knowingly allow such persons to use the Platform. If you are under the age of 14, please do not send any Personal Information to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information about a child under age 14, we will delete that Personal Information as quickly as possible.
