Volunteer Information
We invite you to share your time and skills with us as a volunteer. Each year, Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County volunteers donate over 40,000 hours of their time helping the Hospital provide quality healthcare for our community. Our more than 200 volunteers, ages 14 to 85, are a diverse group of adults and teenagers. Perhaps you may be interested in helping in one of our offices, helping be an extra pair of hands on a nursing floor, or volunteering as a sales person in our Rose Wood Gift Shop. Directions to Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County is located on Sunset Road in Willingboro, New Jersey and is easily accessible from Routes 130 and 295. Free parking is available to visitors in the front of the Hospital's main entrance. From Philadelphia and Camden: Route 130 (from the South) Follow the signs over the Walt Whitman, Ben Franklin, Betsy Ross Or Tacony Palmyra Bridges to 130 North. Follow Route 130 North to Van Sciver Parkway, Willingboro. Turn right at the traffic light onto Van Sciver Parkway. At the first fraffic light (Sunset Road), turn left. Proceed one block; entrance to the Medical Center will be on your right. From Trenton: Route 130 (from the North) Follow Route 130 South to Van Sciver Parkway jughandle (Willingboro). Take jughandle and cross over Route 130 onto Van Sciver Parkway. At first traffic light (Sunset Road), turn left. Proceed one block; entrance to the Medical Center will be on the right. From Bucks County/ Burlingon-Bristol Bridge: Route 130 (from the North) After Crossing Bridge, make right onto Route 130 South to Van Sciver jughandle (Willingboro). Take jughandle and cross over Route 130 onto Van Sciver Parkway. At first traffic light (Sunset Road), turn left. Proceed one block; entrance to the Medical Center will be on the right. From Cherry Hill: Route 295 (from the South) Follow Route 295 North to the Burlington-Mount Holly Exit (Route 541). Take exit ramp towards Burlington. just before the second light, take jughandle for Sunset Road. Cross over Route 541 onto Sunset Road. Proceed through four traffic lights; entrance to the Medical Center will be on your left. From Bordentown: Route 295 (from the North) Follow Route 295 South to the Burlington-Mount Holly Exit (Route 541). Take exit ramp towards Burlington. Just before the second light, take jughandle for Sunset Road. Cross over Route 541 onto Sunset Road. Proceed through four traffic lights; entrance to the Medical Center will be on your left. |

Community Outreach & Activites
Parish Nursing Program: Participants of all faiths are trained to minister to their parishes on healthy lifestyles and address specific health concerns and provide information on all available resources. Senior Dining Program: The Senior Dining Program at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County offers seniors discounts on already inexpensive meals planned by professional dietitians served in the cheerful environment of the hospital's cafeteria. |
