Lawnwood's HCA USF Trauma network, Level II Trauma Center is the only one of its kind in the area. The Treasure Coast Trauma Center is saving lives, with more than 2500 patients treated to date, We have worked hard in the past 5 years to attain the status of a trauma center, adding millions of dollars in equipment and physician coverage so that we are primed to remain the Treasure Coast's only Level II Trauma Center, all for the benefit of the patients we serve. |
Volunteer Information
WHO ARE WE? We are members of a volunteer group offering Auxiliary service to supplement the skilled nursing cae provided by our professional staff. We provide invaluable services which free nursing personnel and others to render direct patient care. The Lawnwood Regional Medical Center Auxiliary membership is open to anyone 18 years or older who is interested in giving of themselves to help others -- regardless of race, color, creed, religion or handicap. Requirements include: * Written Application * Interview with Membership Chairman * PPD Tuberculin Skin Test (provided by hospital) * Attend Hospital Orientation * Purchase of Uniform * Ability to Work 50 hours or more Annually * Yearly Payment of $3.00 Dues |
