Visiting Hours Information
Visits from family members and caring friends can be good for patients and may help speed the recovery process. St. Mary's Medical Center visiting policy is designed to provide a safe, secure and welcome environment for families and friends of St. Mary's patients.Visiting Guidelines:Visitors are encouraged to come to the medical center between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Visitors will be permitted at other hours, depending on the circumstances, as long as they respect the need for all patients to rest in a quiet environment. All visitors are required to check in at the information desk in the medical center lobbies. A badge will be issued and should be worn throughout the visitors stay. Critical care areas may request specific restriction on visitation based upon the patient's need and plan of care and for protection of all patient rights. Generally, children under the age of 12 are not encouraged to visit in the medical center. The medical center reserves the right to control the number of visitors and the length of time they may stay. |
