General visiting hoursare 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Only three visitors at a time are allowed at a patient's bedside on acute care units. In intensive care units (ICUs), only two visitors are allowed.
Children under 12 must be with an adult at all times. Children under 13 are not allowed in the ICUs, ICU waiting room or the 8 North bone marrow transplant unit unless approval is first received from the unit nurse manager, hospital nursing supervisor or the patient's physician.

Daily patient and visitor parking is available in the hospital garage on Vista Avenue for $1 for the first two hours, with a maximum of $2 per day for tickets validated in the hospital lobby.

Weekly visitor parking passes are available in the Fleur De Lis Gift Shop for $15

Patients who access hospital outpatient services through TenetCare may also consider parking in the gated lot located at the west end of hospital complex. Exit tokens are available at the desk of TenetCare.
