The Emergency Room is only an aid station. If entering hospital for help in a traumatic emergency then go to another hospital. Sevier Va. Hosp has NO idea what the term "trama center" means. I was treated horribly in malpractice for a broken hip, left along for long periods of time, laid in a cubicle for 5 hrs before being transferred to surgical suite. - "If you are over 50 and end up at RCH that might cost you your life! My elderly mother went in with 4 known conditions, glaucoma, dementia, arthritis, and a possible stroke.
