Mission of Memorial Health Center
The mission of Memorial Health Center is to provide health care services of high value and promote health and wellness so that it is the provider of choice for area residents. Memorial Health Center is a critical access, Level III Trauma Care hospital, based in Medford, Wisconsin. In addition to its 25-bed hospital, it offers the citizens of Northcentral Wisconsin a continuum of senior care services, two therapy centers, kidney care / dialysis center, a pharmacy, fitness center / gym, and primary care clinics located in Gilman, Medford, Prentice, Rib Lake and Phillips, Wisconsin. It is also designated as a satellite campus of the Aspirus Heart & Vascular Institute. As a partner of Aspirus, Memorial Health Center has over 60+ specialists and surgeons on-staff. They share a vital role in helping to fulfill Memorial Health Center's nonprofit mission, providing healthcare services of high value and promoting good health and well being. Memorial Health Center Volunteers are active in various roles from managing the onsite gift shop, directing and answering questions of visitors, and assisting with the coordination and management of weekly recreational therapy activities for the residents of Memorial Health Center's Senior Care Services division. |
