Kem Mullins serves as CEO for Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett. He has led the hospital since March, 2006. Mr. Mullins has worked in the Tenet Healthcare organization for nine years. Prior to joining Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett, he served as the chief operating officer at Atlanta Medical Center. Other experience within the Tenet organization includes serving as the chief operating officer at Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas and as an associate administrator at University Medical Center in Lebanon, Tennessee. Mullins holds a master's degree in finance from Morehead State University in Morehead, Ky., and a bachelor's degree in health care management from Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va. Mr. Mullins is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, serves on the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a member of the Bartlett/Cordova Rotary Club.
