Special Programs
Childbirth Preparation Classes:This six week course will educate and prepare you for the childbirth experience. The best time to take this class is in your sixth month of pregnancy. You will practice breathing techniques and other coping skills to use during childbirth. You will learn about the birthing process, choices during birth, medication, and physical recovery after delivery for you and your baby. Classes fill up fast so sign up early. On Site Guest Services
Our gift shop is located in the main lobby of the hospital and it is open Monday thru Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The shop offers a wide variety of items, such as newborn/personal gifts, fresh flowers, greeting cards and candies. The cafeteria is located on the basement floor and it is open to visitors and hospital employees from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. It offers hot meals, soups, sandwiches, salads, drinks and other items throughout the day during the following times only: Breakfast 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dinner 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Vending machines for snacks and beverages as well as coffee and ice cream kiosks are also available in the cafeteria and are available anytime between 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. For your convenience, an automatic teller machine is located in the main lobby of the hospital and in the cafeteria on the basement floor. |

Parking for the hospital is free of charge. It is located in the front parking lot of emergency services and main entrance of the hospital. Additional parking may also be found along the North and South side of the hospital. |

Volunteer Information
Our Auxiliary Volunteers continually brighten the Hospital everyday, bringing a personal touch to all hospital patients and visitors. The volunteers operate the Hospital gift shop with all proceeds going to special hospital programs and projects. |

Foundation Information
The Victor Valley Community Hospital Foundation provides financial assistance to Victor Valley Community Hospital for facility renovations and upgrades, the acquisition of vital medical equipment, and community health awareness programs. The Foundation has been assisting the hospital with its commitment to the community by providing continuous financial sponsorships to support facility enhancements and renovations. |
Community Outreach & Activites
The hospital participates in various community events such as Kids Care Fair, Today's Woman Expo, Blood Drives, Senior Fairs. Victor Valley Community Hospital supports various High-Desert chambers of commerce: Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Adelanto, Hispanic & African American Chambers of Commerce.
