Volunteer Information
Would you like to make a difference in the lives of others while creating self-confidence and receiving ongoing recognition? Become a BSA volunteer and join a group of people who truly care about others. Although the need for volunteers is great, the rewards are even greater. You can fulfill an opportunity to selflessly serve others while spiritually growing, learning and making new friends. The Department of Volunteer Services helps establish quality patient care by augmenting staff. Volunteers promote unity between the community and the hospital and provide financial donations to the health system through fundraising efforts. Because of the commitment of auxiliary members, youth volunteers and civic organizations, the department has proven successful. Baptist St. Anthony's Health System is a great place to volunteer. Foundation Information
High Plains Baptist Hospital and St. Anthony's Hospital merged to form BSA Health System, a not-for-profit, faith based institution, in February, 1996. With over 100 years of healthcare ministry in the Panhandle, BSA Health System is committed to providing the finest quality of care to everyone. BSA Foundation serves as the vital link between BSA Health System's vision - being the healthcare system of choice - and its financial capacity to provide superior healthcare for its patients. The Foundation promotes and furthers the mission of BSA by raising, managing, and disbursing funds for hospital and community health programs. Through its affiliation with Children's Miracle Network and Second Chance Foundation, a broader range of programs and services are available to benefit the community under one roof. The Foundation provides oversight, staff support, and offices to both of these worthwhile organizations. |
