 Description:

North Fulton Regional Hospital (NFRH), opened in 1983, is a 202-bed acute care hospital located in Roswell, Georgia. Our team of over 1,000 employees, 400 physicians and 175 volunteers serves North Fulton and surrounding counties. NFRH is one of only four metro Atlanta state-designated Level II trauma centers. Recent growth of the facility includes a $52 million expansion of the emergency department, new patient tower including surgical services and critical care, as well as new diagnostic imaging equipment including 3T MRI, nuclear medicine and angiography. North Fulton Regional Hospital is fully accredited and also is certified as a Primary Stroke Center by the Joint Commission, the nation's oldest and largest hospital accreditation agency. North Fulton Regional Hospital is proud to be celebrating 25 years serving our North Georgia communities.

Joe Austin is the Chief Executive Officer of North Fulton Regional Hospital. Austin joined NFRH in November 2006. Prior to leading the team at North Fulton, Austin served as CEO of Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama for seven years. A native of Alabama, Austin received both his B.S. degree in Psychology and his M.B.A. from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He is a member of the Roswell Rotary Club and a board member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. A resident of Milton, Austin and his wife have four children.

With more than 16 years of experience working in a hospital system environment, Ilona Wozniak serves as COO at North Fulton Regional Hospital. With over 20 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, Susan Brown joined North Fulton Regional in March of 2003. In her position, Brown is responsible for the leadership of Human Resources, Education and Volunteer Services. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University and her M.A., with a specialization in Personnel/Labor Relations, from Bowling Green State University.
