In general, health is determined not only by the normal functioning of the health system, but depends on the level of civilization, scientific and technological progress, socio-economic development of the country, the legal culture and the responsibility of citizens for their health.
Prevention and timely effective treatment of diseases allow to keep Labor resources of society and thereby prevent or reduce material losses resulting from the separation of workers from their duties.
Due to changes in living conditions and the global scientific and technological progress has changed the nature of the pathology.
