• The study of clinical picture and course of schizophrenia and schizotypal disorder, manifesting in childhood, structure and dynamics of the formation of the procedural defect on the basis of long-term follow-up observations.
• Multidisciplinary clinical-psychopathological, clinical and biological, diagnostic study of patients with autism spectrum disorders.
• The development of a typology of certain types of autism defect in accordance with the different depths of mental retardation, personality disorders, types dizontogeneza.
