I fell off my roof ,fell 18 feet I fractured my left hip socket,drove my femur bone right through the socket shattering ...the socket,DR. Murtha could have easily sawn off the broken socket and ball end of my femur ( I would have ended up with an artificial joint ,and I know many people my age who have these artificial joints ,and they nothing but trouble with them).I'm glad she decided to rebuild the socket and not destroy my perfectly healthy femur ball end .Today 8 years later I still have no negative issues with my hip ...zero.I do lead a healthy lifestyle no smoking,eat right,(thanks to my dear wife)normal weight .but I feel because of the fine work that DR. Murtha shows no concern for her patient's needs, emotions or fears. Cold and uncaring. Two years post surgery with this ...doctor left my arm still in pain with very little mobility. I went to a shoulder specialist who diagnosed and fixed the problems that were present. I will never return to this woman ever again. On one appointment I waited three hours! more details
