Dr. William G Keyser, MD

If you need occupational health care, avoid Dr. Wm. Keyser at Sonoma Valley Hospital. Although I had a 1:00p appointmen...t (1st in after their lunch) and was the 1st to complete my paperwork, I was seen 4th and shown to the exam room at 1:50p. Dr. Keyser entered just after 2:00p, said, "Ah, a new face. We've never met, correct?" He opened my file (I had an head/neck injury while at work) and he referenced only the top page, my neck x-ray. He closed the file and asked how I felt and what were my symptoms. As I described each, (constant headaches, double vision, irritability, dizziness, uneasy stomach, etc.) he responded to each, "That's from a previous neck injury and is a prior condition. What else?" When I finally asked, "What about your P.A.'s concussion diagnosis from 4-days ago?" Dr. Keyser re-opened the file, flipped pages and responded, "Obviously, I'm just now familiarizing myself with your file." He flipped pages without comment, left the room and returned with a completed/signed copy of a "work status" form clearing me to return to work. Dr. Keyser does not have either the patient's, their employer's or our team-mates best interest in mind. Avoid him.
