Walter's office moved to 500 Forest Ave in Portland in July of 2012. Very easy to find, and free parking on the street. ...If you park on Noyes St., you can go in the side door straight to his offie on the second floor. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Billed directly to my auto insurance for a car accident. I coud turn my head freely without pain for the first time in a year! more details
