I was with Dr. Fornander for one year. During that time, I had a few visits to his office and was overall pleased with ...the care that I received. I recently received a letter stating that he was moving practices without any prior warning. Upon calling his new practice, I was informed that he was not accepting all of his previous patients. Dr. Fornander did not want to write one last prescription so I would not be without medication until I could find a new PCP. Thanks Dr. Fornander! more details
