Very Disstisfied. I went in with a sore throat. Doctor Butros demanded strep test. I refused this since I know it's ...not strep, it is remainder of sore throat from one month ago. She (reluctantly) agreed to give antibiotics. BTW she had full access to my medical history to see the reoccuring sore throats that I have had.
When I got to the pharmacy there was no antibiotic perscription. She LIED about having it filled. Then when the pharmacist called I demanded that she honor her request. She agreed, but then only perscribed 3 days worth of antibiotics. Even the pharmacist LAUGHED when he heard this saying, that this will NOT be enough for a sore throat.
I contacted my regular doctor the next day, and he filled a 10 day Rx for the antibiotics.
This doctor LIED to me, and tried to refuse services because I declined lab work. Totally unprofessional. If you're sick, you will not get better under her care. more details
