I believe Dr. Kute l and Tina the receptionist/ medical assistant are unethical. Rather you receive quality care, respec...t, and courtesy depends on who your insurance providers is. Private insurance vs. Medicaid. All patients should receive the same level of quality care and respect no matter what insurance provider they have. I find Dr. Kute’s behavior contradictory considering she graduated from B.J. Medical College which is administered by the Government of Maharashtra, and the Medical College of Ohio, which is also subsidized by the Government. After a little research on Dr. Kute I noticed this is not the first time she has been accused of discriminating against patients who have Medicaid. Perhaps if I had Aetna POS, PPO, HMO, Kaiser or Blue Cross/Blue Shield as my insurance providers maybe my questioning a front office medical assistant about her rudeness towards me would have been received as a valid customer service issue more details
