Look out! If you are considering using Todd Ransford, Ph.D. for any service, be careful. I was so frustrated and upset w...ith the services he provided, parent coordination and mediation, that I went to file a complaint with the Board of Psychologist Examiners and discovered that his License was on probation.

My ex-wife tried to use him for Parenting Coordination and Mediation. My list of complaints over his service is enormous. Here are the most egregious:

He would rarely bill us or provide a statement of services. When he did, I was in debt over $600. I would have to constantly badger him for bills and statement of services.

He was unavailable by phone and only wanted to communicate through email.

He charged $5 a page to read email; yet during sessions he would be unable to recall the emails, it was obvious he had not read them.

In the year, we utilized his services he billed us over $1,200 for reading email alone.

He would agree to write up documents and agreements only to never complete such.

On a teleconference phone call between my ex-wife, him, and me, I could hear his teenage son playing in the room. So, much for confidentiality.

During several sessions at his office, his son would be playing on the office computer while we met.

My experience with Todd Ransford was horrible. If you decide to utilize him, I hope your experience was much better that mine was. But, I’d advise anyone to completely avoid hiring him for anything. more details
