Dr. Timothy Sprenkle, DO

I was going to Dr. Sprenkle for family practice and starting out he was fine. Then he brings in an NP and new office st...aff and everything goes straight downhill from there. I was called one morning on a Wednesday and the receptionist asked my husband who added me to the speaker phone why I did not show for my apt. I told her I did not know I had one because I never made an appt with the NP but only with Dr. Sprenkle who convenient for him he changed his hours to one dat a week where you are forced to see the NP. Then the receptionist told e to come up in the morning and pick up my script from the nurse practitioner and when I arrived she asked me why I was there and I told her she told me to come up. She told me she never called me. ?My husband then told her she most certainly did because he was on the speaker phone and then they jump me on a script when I had no idea f what script but thought I may have been my blood pressure medicine. Then the receptionist and the nurse behind her go off on me about a script. Well I did not call me. They did. I told her she called me and she sat right in that chair and lied like a dog to me by saying she did not call me about a script. She most certainly did. After that I received a letter from the doctor saying HE did not like the way I spoke to his nurses?????? I never cursed. I was not mad. I just told them what they did and they claimed they did not. I would not ever, never recommend Dr. Sprenkle to anyone to see since he went to Freeman he has gone to nothing good. He really does not care and he really does no follow up and he really is not a good doctor. Just find another doctor in another town as there seems to be none in this town. Do not go Doctor Sprenkle because you will have to deal with his office staff and they lie. He is a poor doctor. I will go no place where they cannot call a patient to ask what happened before firing them as a patient. He can get lost. He is not a good doctor anyhow. Go to OCH in Carthage or go to Webb City but not in Lamar. more details
