In and out in two minutes, Dr. Powell was nice but rushed and not accessible. The worse part of this office is the staff.... The optician made a big mistake with my prescription and just tried to laugh it off. No apology, no accommodation, just laughed and walked away. We are still shocked that they would do such a terrible thing. But, you better believe, we're letting "everyone" know about it. Our family found a much more professional office that cares. We had been going to Ocotillo Eyecare for several years. We always paid our bills on time and we were always pleasant. These inept people don't deserve to be in business in Arizona. more details

Dr. Timothy C. Powell, Octillio Eyecare, Chandler Arizona gave me the wrong prescription. I'm not very happy about his ...inept actions. I went to a different optometrist and this was confirmed. Go ahead and take your chances. I trusted Dr. Powell with the most precious gift given to me and he almost ruined it. more details
