This so called NP took my $200.00 for an evaluation for my very
depressed daughter, promising help and guidance. She... didn't give us any diagnosis or help. Made another appt. with her and said she would give her the diagnosis and help at that next appt. This woman
called my daughter and said she could not fit her in her busy schedule and referred her to another doctor. Money down the toilet. This is not how you treat people in depression. I work very hard for my money and for her to just take it and slam the door in my daughters face is a travesty and she should not be able to treat people. Sylvia is one of the worst practitioners I have seen. When you talk, she makes faces that clearly shows her opinion. S...he judges you and speaks what ever comes to her mind. It appears she needs some counseling too. more details

Not qualified. She is not a doctor. She thinks she is.

She talks at you and fills out pre-printed forms that you can find online yourself. She doesn't seem to have any actual ...knowledge in the fields of mental health. Just a lot of preprinted forms. It was a waste of time and money. more details

FYI, even if you make your appointments over a month away, they will NOT give you a courtesy call. If you miss your appo...intment they won't even bother calling you, they will simply send you a bill for $100, say "it's our policy, thanks" and that's all.

The waiting room blasts music as if they are testing your stamina to withstand torture.

Sylvia simply fills out forms you can obtain online (literally checking "on a scale of 1-5 you are....) and uses no analytical thinking or skills of her own.

I am $120 poorer, with a diagnosis that I could have gotten from online forms. What a terrible business. more details
