Dr Reyes is an efficient mental health provider, specifically in solving my panic attacks. She listened to my specifying... my symptoms, that she entered into her computer so she won't forget. I was & is prescribed the necessary meds in careful dosages. However there are chemicals she refuses to prescribe that are not directly related to psychiatry, so those prescriptions I get from another specialist doctor. Dr Reyes always asks how well the maintenance meds are improving my daily experience, & my daily experience is much better than before I met Dr Reyes. I believe my own eyes. Dr Reyes can communicate, is very skilled, & I very highly recommend her. But she is not a mind-reader: she can't help you if you don't tell her your negative symptoms that you wish to fix, & also the meds you have tried previously that worked for you in the past.more details

Literally the worst doctor I have ever been to. Does not listen, wanted to switch all the medications I have been on fo...r years that have been working, and from the way she kept contradicting herself throughout the evaluation, it was clear she would do anything and make me jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops so she wouldn't have to do the paperwork to prescribe a narcotic.
If you see her, make sure you have all of your paperwork from any previous doctors in order and make sure you are VERY EDUCATED ABOUT YOUR MEDICATIONS. You have to be very assertive if you want to stay on the ones you're taking.
Even the director of the facility said "she is not exactly the most popular doctor there" and she "doesn't send patients her way who don't already have a clear diagnosis".
She should be fired. I don't know why anyone would keep her on staff.more details
