This clinic is supposedly a walk-in clinic as well as appointment based. However, if you want to be treated like an "app...ointment" patient, make sure you get there well before their closing time so as not to RUSH THEM. If you like wham-bam, thank you ma'am clinics THIS is the clinic for you! Susan, the provider I happened to get, spent all of less than 2 minutes with me, hardly giving me a chance to tell her my issues. I told the person who did my vitals I did NOT want a Z-pack because they don't work for me. When I went to pick it up at the pharmacy, that had not been communicated to Susan so a script for a Z-pack was written. I would have told Susan the same, but there was no time. I wasn't feeling good and was laying down on the exam table when she came in to give me the results of the test. She said it was negative, rudely handed me the clipboard, and told me to "get up!" like I was just going to lay there all night. Really???
