I was highly disappointed when it came to this physical therapy location. This was recommended to me by my GP doctor tha...t spoke very well of Susan. Well, let me first off start by saying my first appointment with Susan was $285.00. This included a 15 minute consultation from her, a paper given by one of her aids with 3rd grade stretches and her brother who did the ultra sound, electric stim and ice. Really? $285.00?? so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and came an additional time. This time, I saw her for 5 minutes and then was told to stretch on my own. After that her brother once again did the stimulation, ultra sound and ice. This time my cost was $220.00. Are we serious here? Its a hard economy and she is just taking advantage of her patients so she can continue her $400,000a year salary and drive her Mercedes. Also, her staff manager Sharon is very bad who is absolutely rude and has no compassion for Susan's patients. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go her more details

I feel like this place is out to rip your insurance off and scam your pockets in a horrible economy. I don't know of a...ny other physical therapy place that charges $285.00 for your first visit and $220.00 for your second visit when she spends less then 15 minutes with you each time. more details
