I was left waiting in an unmarked room for over 2 hours past my appointment time by an abusive nurse (?) named Michelle ...who wore blue scrubs and repeatedly screamed at me in the waiting room because she was furious I had actual medical history paperwork that had to be filed about my actual medical illness unlike their regular patients who are just going there to get opiates. The place is filthy, I was treated horrendously by Michelle, I was never seen by the doctor, a manager of some sort tried to lie by saying I hadn't been seen yet by the doctor because he was "performing a procedure" when I had seen him go in and out of the exam rooms next to mine at least 6 times and the desk clerk claimed she didn't know how to void a check. This place should be shut down immediately, all licenses revoked and Michelle should be kept far away from the medical field for good. If the DEA wants to stop that hillbilly heroin epidemic, they should close this place down. more details
