Dr. Winkler misdiagnosed a tumor my father had. He told him it was an hematoma from an old car accident. Fast forward ...6 months later and my father is in the hospital dying of cancer. The tumor was cancerous. I have no idea how he could not have done a biopsy on a patient that has a history of cancer. It still boggles my mind how he could have been so negligent in this situation. more details
