I went to my primary care physician, who faxed over a copy of the referral that day, and spoke with the office. I called... twice, left my information both times, and never heard back from anyone at the office. When I called a month later to follow up, I was told the office had no record of my ever calling, it did not have the doctor's referral, nothing! The office is clearly disorganized and I elected to go elsewhere. more details
