Patient care is second to patient volume!!! I was scheduled for a 1:15 appointment and when I arrived at 1:10, I was to...ld that 6 people were ahead of me so go wait in your car for 1 1/2 - 2 hours until they call me. This is horribly unethical and possibly criminal. I will report this to all medical associations and boards in Massachusetts for an answer. STAY AWAY!!!!! more details
