Lately I have been extremely displeased with the service from the office staff. Phone calls are not returned and referra...ls seem to be the most difficult thing in the world. I have waited approximately 2 months to be referred to a specialist, and I have received attitude from the entire office when I call and inquire about an appointment date and time. HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED, Im offended to such a degree I would rather change primary physicians, spend additional money for a doctor and lab visits, just so I can get referred to a specialist. I ask my relatives to call Dr. Kestins office bc I want to avoid the negative tones and attitude I receive whenever I call. Dr. Kestin and her staff should be ashamed, no patient should run or try to avoid communicating with their health practitioner. I wouldn’t recommend her service at all.
