My three months as a client of Dr. Kulkarni were a tragic mistake. His office was near impossible to contact with eithe...r busy signals or unanswered calls for days on end. He sent my prescriptions to the wrong mail-in pharmacy requiring a week of daily efforts to correct and then failed to take responsibility. He did not have my files during my most recent appointment and blamed the computer - no backup hard copies. Took away meds which served me well for 20+ years.
