Dr. Ruckle treated me in Lenox hill hospital emergency room in New York City a few years ago. According to my medical in...surance provider dr. Ruckle was in the network of participating care providers at the time of service in Lenox hill hospital emergency room. My insurance provider informed me that any doctors who participate in the network plan are to accept payment as per the plans schedule for said services and is prohibited from balance billing the patient for the amount the doctor feels he should receive. My insurance provider advised me not to pay Dr. Ruckle any more money. Soon after Dr Ruckle had a collection agency try to collect money from me. After years of harassment from the collection agency and the agency realizing I was not going to budge on my decision, I observed an entry on my credit report from Dr. Ruckle's collection agency. DO NOT USE DR. RUCKLE FOR ANY SERVICES AS HE CANT BE TRUSTED!!!! This complaint is against Dr. ruckle, not Lenox hill hospital. more details
