Worst front office I have ever experienced; they literally put their phones on hold all day so that they're always busy;... it takes at least 24 hours to hear back on anything - after you leave a message - if you can get through; at exactly 5:00 pm, the phone is miraculously not busy but they already have the night answer on; after hours on call is a joke - no one can be reached by the answering service. horrible horrible horrible; when you go to their office, it's very small, maybe 3 girls back there; they keep the glass door shut to the waiting room even when you're the only person there. when you walk in, you sign a clipboard and a few minutes later, they reach their arm out just enough to get the clipboard and shut glass door immediately - knowing there is only 1 person in the waiting room; the doctor seems very competent; is intense during his time with you; I trust him; such a shame the office is so poorly managed more details
