Diagnosed me with macular degeneration on the basis of a three-second look at my eye. I am in my early 50s, with no fami...ly history of macular degeneration and no visual changes. Then he made sure I took an expensive test, and then he told me I had to keep coming back to him, for expensive tests, every few months, for the rest of my life. Will get a second opionion, and will never go back to him again. more details
