Dr. Sapana Chokshi, MD

Dr. Chokshi seems to be a very caring physician; however, she has recently severed ties with Riverside Psychiatric & Cou...nseling Associates and has established a new, independent practice. Unfortunately, her new office is equipped with minimal technology, and inexperienced staff who are cold and condescending and who clearly lack the maturity necessary to interact with patients who may be psychologically fragile.

The antiquated phone system she has equipped her office with handles either phone calls OR faxing - leading to further confusion and incompetence of her employee. She does not have a backup physician to handle patients when she in on vacation or unreachable, cannot be paged, and no professional answering service to answer calls when the office is closed. Prescription refills require 72 hours before they are phoned into your pharmacy!
