On February 22nd 2012 I entrusted Dr. Griffiths with the task of an upper eyelid, lower eye and the incredible job of gi...ving me the jaw line I have never had with a complete face lift. From my first visit he was amazing, very attentive, spent a great deal of time with me, answered all my questions and explained in great detail the procedures. (Probably something I could have done without as I don't do well with surgical details). But it was very important I understood what I was going to have done.The surgery itself went well but from what I understand when Dr. Griffith worked on my neck and jaw line it was a more difficult task than originally thought. But he is such an amazing person he took the extra hour to ensure it was done right. In his words, "It was the right thing to do."All and all I was in surgery for about 8hrs. Although for me it seemed like seconds.The recovery was harder than I expected. The neck and face were fine. The most difficult thing for me was my eyes. There was a bit of swelling and lots of ointment and drops for the eyes. Which of course came with blurred vision. Now keep in mind my vision is poor and is corrected with contacts. So I'm guessing if you don't wear glasses or contacts this would be less of a concern.I was able to get into my glasses about a week after the surgery. Still blurred vision (because of the drops, ointment and swelling and the fact that I can't blink my eyes just yet) until about the end of week 4. But happy to report that it is getting better every day.I am 100% over the top pleased with the care and the outcome that Dr. Griffiths and his staff have given me. I would recommend him to anyone considering any sort of plastic surgery. He is professional, an amazing surgeon, caring, and takes the time to listen and gives sound advise. His portfolio is vast and impressive. He came highly recommend to me from medical professionals (which also happen to be family members) both Dr's, Nurses, and Patients.One amazing Doctor!
