Dr. Russel W Rhea, MD

I have been in the medical profession for several years and I have seen my share of rude and mean spirited physicians an...d nurses but Dr.Rhea’s staff, especially the Office Manager wins the award for the rudest employee ever!
It’s OK for you to wait an hour for the doctor but if you are late by a few minutes the Office manager cancels the appointment. I had to take time off from work to pick up my daughter for her appointment and ran into some car problems which made me late. This spiteful woman enjoyed it when she told me that I would have to reschedule because I was late. I explained the situation and she refused to put us back in. If my 8 year old daughter didn’t have a reaction to her medication I would have considered it. I asked if I could speak to Dr. Rhea for a few minutes. She agreed but I noticed her walking a few steps back before she turned around sat back down.
Unfortunately I became distraught over the situation and asked her about it. She closed the glass in my face and told me to leave and spoke very loudly that I was threatening her and we would no longer be patients.
After what happened to me today, I wouldn’t want to come back and I wouldn’t want any of my daughters to be exposed to the negative attitudes surrounding Dr. Rhea and his staff. more details
