This Dr is a shill for Anthem/Blue Cross. He reviews surgery requests from surgeons for the insurance company and denies... them based on non-existent x-rays and ignores tests that validate the need for surgery. Based on the reviews I've seen I understand why he needs to work for Anthem. He can't manage on his own. more details
