Robin made me very comfortable, put me at ease given I've never had to deal with a hearing loss. She is extremely knowl...edgeable and will spend the time with you to answer your questions and help guide you through the process. She was willing to meet with me the same day (another appt cancelled) and was extremely understanding. I highly recommend seeing her, especially versus a Miracle Ear, Beltone or Zounds type of facility. more details
