I have never had a doctor ignor my concerns, not document why I was at the visit. He also proceeded to lie to me and to ...social security I also will be filing a formal complaint with the department of health for practicing health care that he is not and has never had a license for. If you do visit him plan on listening about him and his life life if;he gets around to it he may ask what is wrong with you. more details
