The office staff is very unpleasant. I have been to the office only a couple of times and each time, the office staff ha...ve been unprofessional. Each time I was asked me I had a referral with me, when in the previous visit I was told I was good for 15 more visits. It just became a huge ordeal each time! Got the sense that the office was very disorganized. more details
