After going to this doctor for over 10 years he closed his practice and moved out of town without any warning to his pat...ients. I got the letter that he is gone two weeks after he closed his office. No warnings, no chance to talk to him, no chance to get a referral for followup visits with another physicians. I cannot imagine any physicians doing this, so wrong. I called his office number and a doctor from another office answered, no possible way to contact my physician of over 10 years. They would not forward any messages or provide any help. more details
